The month of October, begins with Children’s Day and concludes with AllHalloween or Halloween. A unique and great month for a Alpha and Omega celebration.
Kick off the month with GASTRO-A-FAIR as we celebrate these two fun fill days in a single location at Europe & Asia’s largest Culinary Edutainment Studio in the heart of Raffles Place – – CulinaryOn. Also known as the “Disneyland of cooking schools”, the chic indoor studio will ensure great bonding and fun, with family and friends!
Get soaked in the festive mood and, Xperience and savor exotic cuisine from Greece, Latin America, Russia, and even modern cuisine cooked with nourishing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ingredients. The “Xperience Differently” theme continues with aromatic tea pairing with local tea specialist and Honorary Secretary (General) of the Association of Bartenders & Sommeliers (Singapore), Mr David Chan, as he pairs it with local and Korean cuisine.
For those who are full of the ‘spirit’, you will get to learn more about GIN and TEQUILA in our Masterclasses. For those who prefer their grapy pleasure, they could checkout the Wines of Jerusalem. The evening will conclude with Quizzes and some comic relief.
Come Sunday, kids will get their faces painted and get an opportunity to learn to make creepilicious Halloween treats with the Lovely Orna. Tim Ong, who had previously worked with several Michelin Star Chefs, will share the art of making sushi with the kids. So nothing but the best for the kids here.
Adults are not forgotten as you get to learn how to make some great pasta from CulinaryOn’s resident Brand Chef Giuseppe, iO Group Executive Chef Anna Borrasi and last but not least, ETNA’s Group Executive Chef Simone. If that is not enough to get you all cooked up, get some wholesome and great insights from Chinese Herbal Cuisine Specialist and author of Herbalicious – Contemporary Cooking with Chinese Herbs, Ms Joanna Wong.
